my small goal!
so i am in a platu that never seems to want to budge! SOO I have decided that I need a new form of goal setting. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week, sometimes 6 if i feel crunchy... anywho I have been walking 5ks, and felt good about my time going from 63 min to 50.5min, less time than i did as a cross country runner in highschool... then I was talking to a frined who is also a runner and she pointed out that I havent actually tried to RUN any of the 5k .... So Thu I gave it a shot. I ran/walked my 5k in (drum roll please) 45.5 min! hows that for a first shot?!!? I feel great! I congradulated myself with 5 min in the hot tub afterwards (i get bored after 5 min...)
my ultimate goal is under 36min so now every sec counts and I can forget my feud with the scale! yeah me!!!!
