5/6 First weekend of May!
I don't about you but weekends are HARD for me to stick to eating right and getting in my walks. On Sat. my DH is working out of town and I should be able to get in a walk. Sunday I may just take a break if I feel like it.
Yesterday was my yoga class, and as usual, I'm hurting this morning ALL over! LOL! I love yoga and how it really pushes my body. I'm really feeling it today. I plan to get in a morning walk and stick to eating right!

This weekend was a great one for me because I faced one of my biggest challenges to date, and am happy to say conquered it. On Sunday I was actually able to stick to lean & green at one of my favorite restaurants, Chili’s. Rather than my usual chips & queso, margaritas and a beacon cheeseburger, I had grilled chicken and steamed broccoli and lived to talk about it. LOL I’m so proud of myself!

And so you should be!
Looking at how you're doing on the shakes I confess to being tempted to do the same thing. I know I lose quickly on shakes, but if I stay the course right now and maintain (or lose just a bit) I get my panni removed, and I hate my panni with a deep, dark, ugly hatred.

A panni is the ugly droopy "apron" of fat and skin that hangs down in front. Mine has gotten uglier as I've lost weight and although flatter, is now wider than my actual body and completely covers my pubic area. If I was able to lose all of my excess my GP would refer me for removal (it's considered a health issue rather than cosmetic at that point, so is paid for by public health) but since the specialists at the Bariatric clinic say I've already lost pretty much all I can they'll refer me at this weight if I maintain my loss for 6 months.

Kelly,
Why do they say you have lost all you can? I dont understand that?

Their big thing is to not only lose but to make the loss permanent. They put me on 1400 calories a day and don't want me to eat less because they say that'll slow my metabolism, which would mean having to eat that even smaller amount for life if I don't want to regain.
So, since I don't want to eat less either (I can only manage this level by being really strict about mealtimes, protein and fibre) my plan is to increase activity gradually so as to keep losing. Eventually my calorie intake and the amount I'm willing to exercise will intersect and I'll stop losing. At least, that's the theory.
