4/29 TGIF (and weekend updates)
Hi everyone! How'd your week go? Any weekend plans??
My week went well. I was on track all but one day. I haven't lost must weight this week just floating around 251. I got in a yoga class last night (Thursday) and a great morning walk today. My gym doesn't offer child care on Fridays so no gym today. The weather is amazing here!! I might go for another walk after DD wakes up!
Weekend plans, STAY ON TRACK, babysit tomorrow afternoon, then church.

week went pretty well, got back to some good walking, it has been so HOT here, i got sun burned from my walk yesterday! I dont plan to weigh in tomorrow as it is TOM for me and I know I will be the same or up a little, so next week i will get back to my sat. weigh in. My weekend plans are yard work grocerie shopping and church! hope everyone is doing well!
