New to VLCD.
I just started the Very Low Calorie Diet today and i'm only 2 drinks in and having trouble. I'm not totally starving, I stayed away from food even when people taunted me with it today but the thing is the drinks, arent all that tasty. I was wondering if there are any VLCD people out there on the shakes right now that recommend something good, like possibly making them into food? favorite recipe? thanks. :)
