Total loss for 1st month.... (-17.2lb)!!!
I'm really happy cause had my granddaughter's confirmation this weekend and my son visiting from Indiana and lots of entertaining and picnics and still managed to lose! I'm on a high right now and very motivated. Really trying to make healthy choices and eating just until satisfied.
Also a bonus this week.....now fitting into the new size 20 jeans and capris I bought last year when I thought I was going to lose weight and never did! Goodbye to size 22's!!

Now that's something to be proud of and to celebrate!
Eating till satisfied was something I had to learn to do and still practice it with each meal.

Sherrie, OMG - you must be soooooo soooooo sooooo HAPPYwith those results. AND doesn't it feel like a fabulous reward when you fit into a new smaller size - nothing like shopping the closet for smaller sizes.
I know even my McDougall diet stresses eating until you a satisfied - not to go around hungry. That's when you know you're not on one of those fad diets.
