Week #1: -10.8lb
Week #2: -.8lb
Week #3: -3lb
I'm really pleased and motivated! Ate out several times over the weekend and was really worried about that cause the salt content usually affects my weight even when I'm making healthy choices! Made my first goal of 5% loss and looking forward to my next goal of 10% loss! I'm finding this is easier as I go along and really encouraged at this point!!
