What have you done today to make you feel proud? I'm slowly upping my daily walk in the mall. I had been walking 3 miles, but this week I've been adding a little more and today I got up to 3.5 miles - my goal is to get up to 4 miles of brisk walk. My long term goal is 5 brisk miles. When I first started I could barely walk a couple of feet before I had to sit down due to autoimmune issues that affected my muscles. So this makes me so happy.
So what is everyone up to? What have you done today?

I'm posting this late but still wanted to post it.......
I'm proud that on Thursday I FORCED myself to basically stay in bed most of the day just resting. I can tell it helped because I feel stronger today. Now the challenge for me today will be to get another day of rest and NOT spend a lot of time standing in the kitchen cooking or cleaning the house. Wish me luck.....I'm not good at doing nothing...I like to keep busy and keep moving.
Have a great day!

LOL, I'm so used to you posting about all the activities you're doing - so it's funny to read you're proud to stay in bed today. Good for healing, you're body needs it's rest. I do wish you luck on continuing to get the rest you need for now - it won't be long before you're slowly getting back to normal activities.
