10 lb's away from a huge milestone of 100 lb's released! I dont like to say "lost" because I do NOt want to find these pounds again! I took some time to update my ticker this morning and I sat and read over all of my blog entries that I have here on OH that started in June of 2008, was very interesting to see the changes documented, in my mind and attitude, going from signing up for WLS to going all Natural. I see that though this process has taken some time, I think I am right where I need to be, the things That I have learned and the things that I have changed have been things that take time, and lets face it, to make Lasting changes we need to take the time to live it and learn it, I feel confident that I have done and am doing this. We all want quick results, and we all want to look our best NOW! but anything worth anything takes effort, this is true in all aspects of life not just with weight loss! I hope to report soon that I have released that 10 lb's and am at that huge milestone of 100 lb's gone forever, I look up to all those who have done it already and I hope that I too, can be someone to look up to as well! have a great day, week, and new month tomorrow everyone and lets keep pushing ahead together!

Michelle, I'm so happy for you - I can feel it in my bones that it's going to happen soon. It is amazing how much you have lost already - and it is lost if you have made permanent changes to how you eat - and I know you've been working very hard on making healthy changes and lasting changes. Yes, let's keep pushing ahead together.

So proud of you and so happy for you! You go girl!!!!

I'm like you I don't like to say I "lost" 190 lbs....I'm not looking for them.....I think my signature says something like "I Shed 190 lbs".....

The mental and emotional changes we go thru are so important as they support the physical changes.

Keep on keeping on my friend...

Thanks everyone!!! and here is another update, after I posted this this morning, I did my measurements and in the past 13 months that I have been recording my measurements, I have SHED a whopping 100.25 inches! WOW! thats pretty darn cool! I have an Inches Lost chart that has you measure the following areas: Neck, Right and Left upper arms, Chest, Diaphram, waist, abdomine, Buttocks, right and left thigh, right and left upper knee and right and left calf. So from all of those places I have accumulated a loss of over 100" im pretty stoked!
