Monday Monday...the hardest day of the week...
What is it about Monday that we always say "I'll start on Monday"......
I don't know what made me think of that...
Well I did 1.5 hrs of hoeing the garden....I'm on my way to Lowe's to buy mulch....I've got to get about 30 lbs of it down tonight or tomorrow morning...once it's down I'll feel proud!
Hope you are all having a great day and seeing some sunshine on this marvelous Monday!

Hi Ruth, it's gorgeous here too, real Spring weather. My daffodils are blooming and my irises are growing nicely. My favorite flowers are Spring flowers. Wish I could grow tulips but we are surrounded by millions of deer who love to munch on tulips.
I organized my clothes - I went through all the drawers and tossed everything that was too big - filled two huge garbage bags to take to Goodwill. I have so little clothes now that fit and every time I lose weight now I have to buy new replacements. LOL, I shouldn't complain because this is all good. I'm smaller now than I can even remember. I have bought a couple of new tops in size large and I have two pair of size 14 pants and that's it. I did laundry this weekend and since both DH And I have lost a lot of weight, I was looking at the volume of clothes in the basket - and wow, our dirty clothes for a week take up no room at all compared to how much it was last year this time - everything is smaller from underwear to outer clothes so they take up less space.
Ruth will you having your operation in a hospital or a stand along surgical place? Will you go home immediately after surgery or go to a hotel or stay in the hospital?
Mondays for me was always the start of a new diet...LOL that never lasted.

HI.
I wish you lived close to me I have lots of size 14 cloths that I will end up donating....I give it to folks losing weight whenever I can so they save a few bucks as they shrink. It costs too much to buy a lot of clothes until hitting goal. That's one mistake I made.....I kept buying smaller clothing because it was so much fun to do so but so many things I only got to wear once or twice.
If I was smarter I should have gone to Good Will or a Second Hand shop for a few items as I shrank.....
Anyhow......
My surgery will be done at my surgeons surgery center. It's a state regulated surgery center with very very high ratings!! I normally stay at an "after care facility" because I live almost 90 miles from my surgeon....I stay for 2-3 days depending on the procedure and how I feel. I plan on staying about 4 days/nights (maybe even 5) after this surgery (inner thighs and arms).
I have 20 bags of mulch waiting for me tomorrow morning.....BIG time crunch ahead of me...

I'm glad you're in a very good surgical center. I'm curious about these after care facilities - is that basically a hotel where they come and check on you once or twice a day or is there more care involved? You know, I'm starting to get very exasperated at my weight loss, I want to be done now and moving on to plastics, but I just have to be more patient. LOL I'm starting to hang out in the plastics board now so I have a better idea of what recuperation and potential problems will be like. I'm so glad you participate in the surgical board too.
Big time crunch - but little time to worry - you've planned well. TTFN
