My weigh in @ Curves Friday and my dream day today ! ! ! !
Well Friday was my weigh and measure day at curves. So as everyone knows I only let one person do it so that it's accurate so her and I made plans and got together Friday to do my weight and measurement. I was a bit disappointed I was 1/4 pound shy of losing the 100 pounds but at the same time I had a great month because it wasn't even a full month. I weighed in on Feb 27th then weighed in March 19th so not hardly a month but still close enough for me and in that time I lost 5.75 pounds so I think that was a very good weigh in. My inches were good I knew they wouldn't be what I was wanting only because I'm trying to get my legs and arms bigger so that takes away from the overall. Anyway my measurements were as follows.
Bust went from 36.50 to 35.50 (so that was great lost an inch there)
Waist went from 28.50 to 28 (so 1/2 inch wasn't too bad for the waist)
Abdomen went from 33.50 to 32 (I was thrilled with that 1.5 inches)
Hips was 37 last time and stayed 37 ( I don't know how I'm going to change this)
Thighs went from 21 to 21.5 (Was happy with that 1/2 inch gain in each thigh I'm trying to get my thighs to around 23)
Arms went from 10 to 10.5 (was very happy with that as well probably would like to keep my arms between 11 and 12 I think)
My body fat was pretty good it went from 26.6% to 25.6% so I was happy with that number.
Now for the greatest news today was my 49th week weigh in and WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I done it. I officially lost 100 pounds today. I weighed in this morning at exactly 145. I have never been so happy. This has been the most amazing journey I think I have ever been on. It has had so many ups and downs but it has 100% been worth it. I wouldn't trade it for anything. And thanks to everyone here you all have been so supportive through it all. I think I am going to officially lower my goal weight to 134, my great friend (who weighs and measures me for curves) thinks this will be too small but I think for now it's what I'm going to go for. That will put me at losing 111. I guess if I think it's getting to small before I get there I can always change it.

Thanks everyone it's still so hard to believe I've actually lost 100 pounds. I don't know how I done it carrying the weight around the way I did. I'm so glad that I have managed to get healthier. I'm going to start kickboxing classes around the first of April and I'm so excited about those. I love changing up the exercise and I think this will be great.

WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW - that is great news. 100 pounds lost is a real special achievement - I hope you are celebrating this amazing loss. You wanted it and you made it happen. I think it's important as you get closer to re-evaluate your final goal - I don't think we know what it will be until we get close to the reality. You must feel soooooooo very good.
