That is a great idea!  I have my Facebook friends where we are rooting for each other, and we are all mom's who had children and gained more than we planned.  It is a little scary, we all had a couple of really bad pregnancies and we gained a lot of weight from them, and now we are stuck with it.  One of my friends attands CURVES three times a week at the beginning to do the circuit training, but now going 6 days a week to alternate between cardio and circuit.  Make your exercise interesting for yourself,  do what you think will keep you motivated for a feweeks, then you will feel stronger and your body will say it is time to do something different like aquarobics, dancing, you never know until you move and try it.  The biggest thing was the first 21 days, if you can keep yourself in a routine for 21 days, it will become a regular thing for you, and every 21 days, try something new!  Good Luck and the best wishes for your adventure!!
