Well I lost 2 this week!
I was hoping for another pound but that is okay! I've lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks of WW so far. They want you to loose up to 2 per week and not more so I am on track :)
So in terms of a great visual on the WW site- I have lost:
8 Cantelaups + 4 sticks of butter :)
OR
A sack of potatos and 4 sticks of butter :)

Do you find that it gets easier the more routine it all becomes? I don't mind the planning, counting calories, etc....but what I do have a hard time with still is 1) sweets. I avoid them well/have healthier options available, but still crave them. 2) When I weigh in on Friday AM's I have to tell myself.."good job but you're not finished...keep it going!"

Yes, routine is a must for me as well. And like you, I also have a terrible time with sweets. But I am allowing (within my points range) a sweet each day- or more every other day lately.
Along with the sweets- I crave BREADS. I am ALLOWED bread- or really ANYTHING- as long as I stay within my 25 points. But I want to MOW DOWN on breads :)
I like what someone here said recently- that NOTHING tastes as good as thin FEELS :) I am trying to remind myself of this now :)
