Scales moving slowly but surely

Well the scales are moving very slowly since I hit my first goal but they're still moving so I'm very happy for that. This week I lost 1.2 pounds so I think that's a pretty good loss. I am weighed in this morning at 148.6 I was very happy to see that number.  I'm really hoping I can hit 145 pounds by April 12th that will put me losing 100 pounds in 1 year, I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make it but I'm really going to try hard.

WAHOOO!!! losing 1.2 is something to celebrate and be proud off!!! 


Keep posting and let us know how you do each week. I'm rooting for you......(and if for some reason you hit the 100 lb make a couple days past 1 year don't fret over it it is still a SUPER WONDERFUL Accomplishment).

Hi Johnita, it's frustrating, isn't it, the closer we get to goal the harder it becomes to lose the weight because we're not expending a lot of calories carrying around all that fat.

But 1.2 pounds is a good loss and you should be proud - I hope you hit 145 by April 12th and I'll be rooting for you.No matter whether you make this goal or not, you're an inspiration to me.

So happy for you, Johnita!  A pound is a LOT!  Every one matters toward your 100 pounds-in-a year goal! 

I was disappointed I *only* lost a pound this past week.  But then my mom reminded me that a loss is a loss is a loss.  I have the same long-term goal as you do.  I think...no, I KNOW we can do it!!

Wow! You are an inspiration! Congrats on all your hard work! And I think a pound is GREAT! You are almost there and must be SO PROUD!!  Heck! I don't even'know' you and I AM PROUD of you! WTG!

 you are so close to your 100 lb's lost and that is AMAZING! you will get there! just take it one day at a time! way to go!!!
