It's Time
Okay so I posted on the boards for a little while probably about a year ago. I made no progress. But my husband and I have started talking about possible having children so now I need to lose weight. I'm 5'8 and weigh 202 lbs. I need to lose 52 lbs, and I plan on doing it w/ exercise and smarter choices. I am not going to go on a starvation diet so I hope to lose a couple pounds a week.

Sounds like you have a great plan and should be very successful!
Not starving yourself is so important...you'll do much better and feel much better eating a full healthy diet and combining it with exercise. PLUS once you hit your goal you'll be healthy which will could make it easier for you to have a baby. How exciting!!!
