I had to pop in and share this. This morning I stepped on the scale and saw 198lbs!!!!!!! Glory to God.

I have lost from 241.5 pounds since November 18, 2009 to 232 pounds yesterday! That's almost ten pounds in two months! I'm eating six meals a day, and walking every day, too. I'm in OA, and I'm truly abstinent, too.
