New Photos
Well, I would have never guessed 11 pounds could make such a difference. But I took a picture yesterday and got to comparing it to the last one I had taken on November 4th and since then I've only lost 11 pounds but I can tell a big difference. Let me know what you all think. The one in the pink is from November 4th and the grey sweatshirt is from yesterday.

11 pounds is a big difference....go look at a 10lb sack of potatoes!
ALSO, I'm sure you lost more in the way of inches. Start taking your measurements once a month if you don't do it already. Some months it was the measurements that kept me going when the scale would slow down...

Yeah I think it's a great idea taking your measurements, I get mine taken every month at curves but this month I haven't had a chance to get them done yet. I was really hoping to have it done this past Friday but it didn't end up working out for me. So I am going to have to get it done after Christmas which I was really not wanting to have to do but hopefully they won't have gone up much. I'm planning to try to do it next Wednesday I figure that should give me a few days after Christmas to see how I have done for the month.
I was down again today I can't believe how well the scales are doing this week. Even though it's that time of the month I'm still seeing them going down. I weighed in this morning at 157.6 I couldn't believe it but loved it. I'm only 7.6 pounds from my first goal then I'm going to lower my goal weighed to probably 140. And try to maintain between 140 - 145 pounds.

Well after 2 days of Holiday eating plus it being that time of the month I'm up from my low of 157.6 to 160 so not too bad I guess, but I was hoping I wouldn't have went up any. I'm hoping I can loose a tiny bit before tomorrow. Last Sunday for my weekly weigh in I was at 160 so I'm hoping I can go down a tiny bit so I'll at least have a loss even if it's a small one. I can't wait for New Years Eve and New Years Day to be over with so I can get back on track and be more focused on eating better. I'm at least still making sure I get my exercise in every day.

Thanks well I'm still not down to the low I was at which was 157.6 today I was back down to 158 so that's at least good I'm heading in the right direction. I'm really hoping New Years Eve and New Years Day won't put it back up. But I know those 2 days I won'****ching calories much at all. But after the New Year I do plan to get back on track with paying attention to what i'm eating. I've still been making sure and getting some exercise in so that's helping me some.
