Mini-Goal #1 MET

Hiya FOLKS!

How are ya?!?! I took a little hiatus from the computer lately, been verrrrrrrrrrrry busy with holiday prep! Had a few social engagements... so I allowed myself to indulge a little (BALANCE) without OVER-indulging. I know that I cannot go the rest of my life without ever eating a slice of pizza, but I can go the rest of my life without eating 1/2 of it!!!! So I behaved, and limited my consumption of "bad foods"

Anyways, even though I haven't been hardcore "dieting" and following my plan to a T the past two weeks, I still managed to lose a pound this week. Yahoo! 

So, I hit my first mini-goal of seeing the scale in the 260's!!!

Next, I want to see 265.

Slow and steady wins the race... balance is key... if I can learn to balance my lifestyle and STILL lose the excess weight, then I WILL acheive my goal -- to live a life as normal as possible, without yo-yoing and binging... BALANCE is my goal. Balance.

Congrats for getting in the 260's! I would like to get into the 260s myself! I am now 274, nad I started at 378! Good luck on your continued journey and Happy Holidays!
