I have went on to Amazon.com and read the reviews for it and the device thats similar(GoWearFit) and they had mostly all good reviews. It seemed like most people were pleased with it. The money is why I havn't gotten one yet. I want to make sure it's going to be worth it.

I've been using the Body Bugg for nearly 2 years now. I really like it but it does take some getting used to wearing it everyday. Now I feel weird if I don't have it on! Also, it's really important to log your food accurately. It's time consuming in the beginning, but taking the time to enter in everything you eat, every day pays off at the scale.

Costco has the BB on sale right now for $179 and that includes a year subscription to the website/food log. If you are willing to put in the time, it's worth the money!

Thank you! Zumba is a group excercise class that fuses latin dance music/moves with aerobic excercise. We do the merengue, salsa, cumbia, samba, etc to really great music. It's a lot of fun, especially if you like to dance. The hour goes by  so fast. For me, it's so much better than an aerobics or kickboxing. I love learning the routines. You can buy DVD's online, but live classes are soooo much better (because there's such a variety of songs and music- the DVD's are just the same thing over and over.)

When I first started Zumba I weighed 320. Before that I had been walking about 3 miles 3-5 times a week (to prepare for a 5K) but that was it. It was hard. I had to modify. But I loved it and kept coming back. As I lost more weight, I'd push myself to take up the intensity. Zumba is great because it can be easily modified and hopefully an instructor you find would show those modifications in class. Good luck! If you have more questions, please ask!

I have some videos of me doing Zumba on my website if you want to check them out.

Okay, well I am currently 298 lbs. but I am not very active at all. I should probably get into a lil bit better shape first, but I think I am going to see if they have that in my area.  Thanks alot.
