what did you eat today 11/12

Breakfast-Isagenix vanilla shake 23g protein
Snack-light string cheese 9g protein
Lunch Chocolate Isagenix shake 23g protein
Snack-Raw almonds 6g protein
Dinner-Chicken Chunks 20+g protein and Peas 10g protein
Snack-If i get hungry and want a snack..I think I am going to do 1/2 cup greek yogurt which will be about 12g protein and may do a few (frozen) peaches.


And of course 2 cups of water before each meal or snack!
