Breakfast..shake
Snack..1/2 cup cottage cheese
Lunch..shake
Snack..string cheese
Dinner..Pork loin..brussel sprouts..6 baby carrots..fresh broccoli and cauliflower..bite or two of each.

And LOTS of H2O!
