what did you eat today 10/27

Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: string cheese

Cottage cheese
1/2 corn dog
a few french fries

a couple bites of banana pudding

Got home..and had some chips and salsa and cheese dip and a diet dr. pepper...

I didn't do good today at all :( ashamed to even post here..but maybe it will be a lesson learned for tomorrow to not snack!

Yesterday I ate.........

Start: Protein Powder
Breakfast: Oatmeal (I mix in raisins, cranberries, walnuts, flaxseeds, honey, and flaxseed oil)
Snack: 1/2 Apple
Lunch: Meatloaf (packed with veg and lentils), cabbage (sauteed with onions and spices), plain yogurt
Snack: Fiber One cereal and milk, an apple,
Snack: 12 almonds, 2 prunes,
Dinner: chicken,  mixed veg and Bulgar

I missed one of my protein powder snacks again yesterday.  I think this is why I don't feel as good as I normally feel.  I have to be better at getting all my protein EVERY day

Yesterday I had:

cup of yogurt with chopped orange
half a doughnut

cup of sesame noodles
small quiche

veggie wrap
V8 juice

crackers with garlic spread

also plenty of water and green tea

a total of about 2020 calories
