what did you eat today? 10/26

I did good until I got home!!

B:Protein shake w/ half banana
Snack:cottage cheese
L:Protein shake
Snack:String cheese

Dinner:Two soft tacos..meat..cheese..salsa..gucamole..and i had some chips and cheese dip!! just ate way to much!!!

This moring i had 2 boil eggs and a piece of bacon, coffee with splendor for lunch a chicken salad sandwich and crystal lite fruit punch that you add to water dinner protein shake no snack

Todays menu is.....

Start: Protein Powder
Breakfast: Oatmeal (I mix in raisins, cranberries, walnuts, flaxseeds, honey, and flaxseed oil)
Snack: 1/2 Apple
Lunch: Meatloaf (packed with veg and lentils), cabbage (sauteed with onions and spices), plain yogurt
Snack: Fiber One cereal and milk, an apple, 1 piece 90% dk choc
Snack: 12 almonds, 2 prunes, Protein Powder
Dinner: either Salmon or chicken,  mixed veg and bulgur
Snack: piece of fruit...maybe watermelon or a pear
