Dr. McDougall's Diet (Vegan)
Breakfast
1 cup bran flakes
1 cup soy milk
1 apple, cut up
20 oz. water
Lunch
1/2 cup leftover vegan meal with TVP, raisins, ketchup, and seasonings
2/3 cup leftover brown rice w/ 1 tsp. margarine*
Salad with romaine lettuce, 1 whole tomato sliced, 1 cut celery stalk, 1/4 cup salt free roasted peanuts, 6 baby carrots, 1/3 cup fresh mushrooms, 1/2 cup salsa
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
1/2 cup Spaghetti Supreme (vegan style, with TVP instead of ground meat - my mother's recipe)
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 cup cooked cauliflower with leftover cheddar cheese (want to use it up, then not buy it again)
1/4 small cantaloupe
Diet green tea
*I don't use much margarine, and I refuse to give up that buttery taste.
The above meal is around 1600-1800 calories altogether. That's much better than I did on Sunday, eating all that junk food.

Denise!!! How you doin' lady? I just read some of your posts and I'm so glad to hear how well you are doing. Eating at a church function is always hard because every lady there is trying to impress everyone with their best dish. Unfortunately, the best dishes are always full of fattening! You handled it well.
