Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup Rolling Oats cereal
1 cup 1% milk
20 oz. water

Lunch
1 Banquet frozen meal
Salad with spinach, tomato, baby carrots, celery, 1/2 cup chickpeas, 1 capful peanuts, 1 small box raisins with 2 Tbsps. homemade mustard dressing w/light mayo
1 pear
20 oz. water

Dinner
1 cup homemade tuna helper
17 grapes
1 cup broccoli with shredded cheddar cheese
Leftover tilapia with green beans & cooked corn from restaurant
20 oz. water
3 scoops sugar free low fat ice cream

Wow!  1/3 of the way to your goal of 90 days!  Stay at peace and enjoy the wonder of being compulsion-free!

I've made my mind up and will attend my first OA meeting this Sunday.  (Day after tomorrow, 10/4/09)  I won't have any materials to start, but I want to experience this soon - not later.
