Working Out & Weight Loss
I wanted to find out if everyone is working out to help with your weight loss? I'm working out and I'm doing great I work out 3-4 times per week at Curves and I'm loosing inches as well as weight, you can also check out my profile for more information and see my progress chart with curves, see my blog under the Biggest Looser.
Tell me what are you doing, I'm interested in what's working for you. I also take a toning class and the Y is starting a Drums Alive class, which I've taken before and that's really fun too.
