Hello,

I  wanted to find out if everyone is working out to help with your weight loss?  I'm working out and I'm doing great I work out 3-4 times per week at Curves and I'm loosing inches as well as weight, you can also check out my profile for more information and see my progress chart with curves, see my blog under the Biggest Looser.

Tell me what are you doing, I'm interested in what's working for you.  Oh, I also started working out at home by recording  "fitTV" and following some of the programs and these are pretty fun especially when I don't want to go or I'm sick, I've also started on this program to check it out by clicking on the link:

I started Zumba 2 years ago and now I'm an instructor. I LOVE it! The hour flies by and I get to dance, which I love!

I also take a toning class and the Y is starting a Drums Alive class, which I've taken before and that's really fun too.

I lost my weight with Weight Watcher's & Zumba. I've lost 302 lbs. You can visit my weight loss website at www.freewebs.com/infectiouslaughter
I'll be in the Jan. 2012 issue of People Magazine's "Half Their Weight" issue!!

I also work out at curves, I go 3 - 5 days a week, then I also do Wii fit generally around 45 mins a day and then I had been doing the 30 day challenge on wii active but I've since finished it and not really been doing it since then.  I also sometimes add in some DDR which I find is so easy to get a good workout because it's so much fun you don't realize you're actually working out until the next day when your feet and legs are aching then I realize I might have overdone it at times on the DDR.

I am new here and I am just starting to try and work out again. I am finding it hard to find time to work out. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how they find the time to do it. I have three small kids and work full-time outside of the home. When I get home at night I am so tired I just don't feel like I have the engergy to even do 15 min of cardio. I have all the equipment at home to work out and feel great. I have over 100 lbs to lose and I am thinking about having surgery but would like to lose the weight without sugergy if possible. Any suggestions would be great. I also set my alarm for about a hour before I have to get up hoping that I will get up early and get on the treadmill for 15 min and feel great for the rest of the day but that has not been working either. I don't want to give up but don't know where to start over again.
