1 cup raisin bran
1 cup 1% milk
20 oz. water

Lunch
1 large Kosher beef hotdog
1/2 cup baked beans
1/4 cup cooked peas
1/4 cup cooked peach slices
1 pear
Salad with spinach, baby carrots, sliced tomato, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 cup great northern beans, 1 capful peanuts, 1 package raisins, 3 Tbsps. homemade mustard/light mayo dressing
20 oz. water

Dinner
Salmon with crabmeat/rice
Tossed salad with vinegrette dressing
1 crispy baked potato with butter
1 glass water
