The unwelcomed visitor

Well I did't lose a lb this week but I didn't gain any either...I have that frequenyl unwelcomed visitor who just cannot take the hint that she is not welcome. She invades my bidy around the same time every month and she brings, cramps, bloating, water retention, headaches and worst of all no weightoss. I refuse to call her Aunt Flo because I beleive that if I had an aunt Flo I would love for her to sisit and she would be pain free. I won't call her the curse either because after all the fact that she is here right on time and I am a woman living with PCOS is a good thing...it keeps my chances up for that baby one day:-) So I will call her the not so welcomed and not so unwelcomed visitor...

Anyhoo, i have stuck to my program and am anxiously waiting for the week to be over so I can jump back on the scale and report some better news.

Hang in there....it might not just be the unwelcomed visitor but as you change your eating your body goes thru some changes and adjustments so you might be gaining muscle and/or losing inches.

Same thing happens to me, but usually at the next weigh in I loose more than normal so it kind of evens out hopefully same will happen for you.
