Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup spoon-size shredded wheat with 2 packets Sweet 'N Low
1 cup 1% milk
20 oz. water
Lunch
5 tiny cooked shrimp
1 serving healthy ham thinly-sliced lunchmeat (shrimp wasn't enough protein)
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup mandarin orange slices in light syrup
1/4 cup cooked corn
Salad with 1 cup raw spinach, 5 tomato slices, 10 baby carrots, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 cup great northern beans, 15 unsalted peanuts, 3 Tbsps. homemade mustard/light mayo dressing
1 plum
20 oz. water
Dinner
1 serving leftover turkey sausages & vegetables with polenta (corn meal mush)
1/4 cantaloupe
6 oz. light yogurt with fruit & aspartame sweetener
20 oz. water
1 sugar-free, low-fat ice cream bar
