Abstinence beginning
My official abstinence started (after the food obsession was removed) on Wednesday, September 2nd, after I finished the 5th Step. When I have achieved 90 days of abstinence, I will qualify to lead and to sponsor other compulsive overeaters. That will be on November 29, 2009.
Breakfast
1 banana
1-1/3 cups grits with 2 packets Sweet 'N Low
1 cup 1% milk
20 oz. water
Lunch
2 turkey sausage links
2 buttermilk (small) pancakes with sugar-free syrup
1 potato cake
1/2 cup sliced peaches (cooked)
1 apple
salad with 1 cup raw spinach, 4 slices tomato, 10 baby carrots, 1 sliced stalk of celery, 1/2 cup Great Northern Beans, 1 capful (around 15) peanuts, 2 Tbsps. Dijon mustard mixed with 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
20 oz. water
Dinner
2 leftover drumsticks of Cacciatore-Style Drumsticks
17 grapes
6 oz. light yogurt w/aspartame sweetener & fruit
2 servings brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
20 oz. water
