No food obsession

I have been working my OA program, and have finally gotten to the point of my Higher Power removing the food & overeating compulsion and obsession.  Now I am losing weight, and not struggling any more to stick to my food plan.

Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup corn flakes with 2 packets of Sweet 'N Low
1 cup 1% milk
20 oz. water*

*My Higher Power has gotten me off of coffee and sleeping pills.  I was addicted to both of them, and I turned my fear, worry, & anxiety over to Him, and they were removed too.  They were interfering with my sleep, making me feel extremely tired every day.

Lunch
Frozen meal with protein, starch, cooked vegetable(s), and cooked fruit(s)
1 pear
Moderate salad with raw spinach, sliced tomato, baby carrots, celery, 1/2 cup Great Northern beans, 1 capful peanut without salt, 2 Tbsps. light ranch salad dressing
20 oz. water

Dinner
1 serving turkey sausage & vegetables with polenta
1/6 cantaloupe
1 cup green beans with 1 Tbsp. margarine
6 oz. light yogurt with fruit
20 oz. water
1 sugar-free, low-fat ice cream bar
