Very happy about my good week

I'm very happy I am finally out of my really slow pattern. I finally picked up the pace a bit this week since my weigh in last Sunday I have lost 3 pounds I'm so happy about that, it's the most I've lost in forever. I had been having a lot of stalls so it was very nice to have such a good week.  I'm out of the obese category and in the overweight one now so I'm thrilled about that.  It's amazing that i'm only 29.2 pounds from my first major goal then I will have to reevaluate and see if I want to keep losing or if I'm happy to maintain at 150.   It's just so nice to have a good week.

That's amazing - dropping into the overweight category - whooot whoot. You have to do something special to honor this important transition. I'm so happy for you.

Thanks everyone, I'm not sure what I'm going to do to ceelbrate I hadn't really thought about it, I am going back to dollywood sometime soon (I hope) and doing the skyzip again but I hadn't really planned that trip as a reward or nothing it was just something I really enjoyed and wanted to do again. I will have to think of something I can do to celebrate this milestone.


Yeah I never have trouble with my exercise I exercise 7 days a week without fail. I go to curves 3 -4 days a week do the wii fit 7 days do wii active 2 days then rest 1 and so forth all month and then I have been trying to add some DDR back in for the last few days, I try to do about 30mins to an hour of it.  So I seem to get enough exercise but for me I just make sure I keep all my snacks and good foods in moderation which so far I've been able to do that pretty well.  Sometimes it's harder then others but for the most part I seem to get full much quicker then I used to so that helps a lot.


I'm just so happy to be making such good progress it's nice to see the results of my hard work really paying off.

Wow J, at this point in your journey, so close to your goal weight, three pounds is like pulling Biggest Loser numbers!

I if you don't mind me asking, what is DDR?

Hi Mary I was so shocked to see that I had lost 3 pounds this week because those are for sure now few and far between so I was thrilled with those results.  I have been losing very slowly for the last little bit but I figure that's ok as long as I'm making progress I'm happy.  DDR is (Dance Dance Revolution) for the Wii.  You get a game and a dance mat and it's so much fun I find I have so much fun doing it I can easily dance for and hour and not realize how much time has passed so I love that I can get in a bit of exercise and have fun doing it.

That sounds like fun.  I keep threatening to get one of those Salsa dancing videos cuz I'z a dancing fool!

Ya wanna hear something weird?  After I had my big ol giant size H boobs reduced, I had to learn how to dance all over again because I kept feeling like I was going to fall forward.  It was like dancing physical therapy.  Told ya it was weird.
