Frustrated!!

Hey neen! I very much agree with Panda..my body does that exact thing: nothing nothing then whoosh. I do not know why some of us have bodies that are that stubborn!
My only other thought is to talk to your surgeon. Do you have a local LB group? I would try attending one of those 1-2x a month in 3D to get more ideas.
I want you to do something other than walking as your body gets used to this. I had about a year as I recall when i first started out of weirdass cramps in my shoulder blades, calves, etc. That will pass, but try to do other things...bike maybe...swim...every other day.
Hang in there!

Swimming is a good idea as another thing to do other than walk. So relaxing and gosh does it burn calories without you even feeling it lol.
TurboJam...I'm telling ya Neen!!! So fun! 20 minutes and BAM you're sweating like a pig and didn't even realize it. Its very upbeat and you can do it at your own pace :] Just some ideas!

Hey Neen, I hope that by now the scale is showing you some love. Your body has already gone through so many changes it's bound to take some time for an adjustment period. You've always talked about how lazy you are (your words, not mine!), so maybe your body is just in SHOCK that it got some movement. Keep it up and things will get better before you know it.

Hi. New to this forum. I actually just decided to try to lose some weight naturally without surgery for now. I have a long history of dieting so let me say this to you. The scale is evil!!! I am not sure how often you weigh but I had to cut it back to just monthly. Females' weight fluctuate daily it seems. Do not let the scale dictate your behavior. Keep up the GOOD WORK and it will pay off for you. The next time you weight you will lose twice as much as expected. Good Luck!
Salem, welcome to the forum and I wish you well on your journey. It's always nice to meet someone *****alizes the realities of female weight fluctuations and how they affect the scale. A lot of us here know it...we just like to whine about it anyway!!! It doesn't really solve anything, it's just good for the soul to share and get it out of our systems. Keep reminding us not to let the scale dictate our behavior!
