How we doin?
I've been blogging like crazy on this site for the last few days. I've got some issues going on in my head. I can't talk to anyone about them (like, I really can't), so I've come here to get things off my chest.
Yesterday, my diet was:
B: 9:15am - 1 egg sandwich (260 cal)
L: 1:30pm - 2 piece Double Fiber Wheat (190) , 2 tbls Reduced fat PB (190) , 1 Tbls Sugar free Preserves (10 cal)
S: 4pm - 1 Banana (95 cal)
S: 5:45 - 1 Banana (95 cal)
(*6:30 - Walked 30 minutes in Gardner's Park)
D: 7:30 - 3 oz Grilled Chicken (120), 1 cup pasta in sauce (300 cal)
S: 9pm - 1 Fiber Plus bar (120 cal)
S: 10pm - 1 Tbls Reduced fat PB (95 cal)
Total: 1465
What did you guys eat?
To start off I am allowing myself 1700 calories daily (Recommended by my Dietian)
Breakfast (could been better)-Sausage Buscuit w. cheese, parfait, and unsweet tea at Mcdonalds (654 calories)
Snack-100 calries ritz snack packs (100 cal)
Lunch- Tuna sandwich on FF bread/ w. apple and FF caramel (330 cal)
Snack-100 calorie chips ahoy cookies (100 cal)
Dinner- 1/2 bowl homemade chili w. crackers and cheese(About 450 cal.)
plum (30 cal.)
Late snack- 2 cup Jolly Time Popcorn (50 cal)
Total= 1714 calories
Excersise= 30min. on stationary bike
