Hi Michelle, in the past I always avoided those messages, but I added you and PhatPanda to my friends list - you are the first to join LOL.

You look so pretty and happy in those pictures - and wow, what a comparison to your picture from your last anniversary. You can clearly see a huge difference. I'm so proud of what you have achieved and I can see how good it makes you feel.
