Exercise
I tell myself that I will feel better afterward, and I do!
Also, I think about how much stronger my body feels--I literally feel my quads and calf muscles to remind myself that months ago, they were much flabbier.
Sometimes I post my lack of motivation online and if people respond with encouragements, that gets me off my ass.
During my runs I listen to music with a fast-paced, rockin' beat, and sometimes when I am REALLY suffering (such as going uphill), I think about sex and it distracts me long enough to get through the workout. You may laugh, but it works!

I just pretty much make myself exercise daily and also remind myself of how much it's helping in my wieght loss journey. I also think it helps that I actually enjoy going to curves and with the wii fit to me it's a lot of fun so it doesn't seem as much like exercise. Now with the wii active to me it's more like a workout so I just pretty much make myself do it, it's the one I don't enjoy because it has quite a bit of running and I hate running but I go ahead and do it regardless. Also I do DDR sometimes and to me it's more like fun also so I don't have issues doing ti.
