Drum roll please - ta dum - I hit 250, finally. My scale has been nudging closer and then jumping up again for a few days which was driving me nuts. I know it's just a number but someone posted recently about dropping below the 250 mark meant they were now closer to 200 than 300 and it made a strong impression in me and so I began to feel the same way. So what wasn't much of a goal ****lebrate every 10 pounds lost, not with food LOL) became an very important goal. And I hit is this morning.
Why is it when we are so close to an important goal, the scale just doesn't cooperate? I went to 250.5 and then jumped back to 251.5 and all around for the last week it seems.
