Happy Saturday everyone! it got up to 108 degrees here in our city today, and we had a yard sale, shut it down early and brought everything in, was just to darn hot! but this is really cool and I wanted to share, this morning I stepped on the scale and was at 255 lb! my Goal for my Anniversary next month is 245 lb, so just 10 pounds to go by Aug 23rd for that Mini goal, and my ultimate Goal is 165 ish which is just 90 lb's away!!! I know that 90 lb's is still a lot but  BUT it's less than 100 lb's now and that is something to celebrate! just not with Food LOL

Oh wow it did get hot there today!! Don't blame you for shutting it down early! I think I would have done the same...it has actually been really nice here in Arkansas..been in the lower 80s and at night higher 50s..suppose to be like this through tuesday so i'm loving it!!!

Well looks like you are going to hit that mini goal of yours..and you may even go below that!! Congrats to you!! You are doing awesome!! 90 lbs away sounds a lot better then 100..and you are down to double digits..instead of triple!  that is def. something to celebrate!!

Wow that is crazy hot, I wish we would get some real heat.  For July we woud typically see temps in the upper 90s sometimes even low 100's but so far this year we're doing good to make it to the upper 80's I think we broke a record low last night with the temps getting down to 53 we have our pool up but sure haven't spent much time in it because it's been to cold who would have thought you'd have to say that in July.  I'm hoping August at least comes along and brings some heat with it.

Congrats on your loss like someone else said every pound counts I just love stepping on the scales and watching them go down.  I finally hit my first mini goal and I'm so excited about it I can't wait to keep hitting those goals as I work my way towards my 150lb goal.  Which hopefully I can hit by the end of the year.

Hi Michelle. Wow 108 degrees is really hot and miserable. We're not that hot here thankgoodness or I'd melt away. You must be so excited because you're so close to your mini goal. I know how you feel right now because I have clothes in my closet that I love and haven't been able to wear them for a few years now and I can see that they are almost read to fit - I can pull them up and not quite zip the zipper. I hope I fit into these clothes this fall - they also have fond memories because last time I lost this weight I went to England for a lovely trip and these were clothes bought for that trip. I've been hovering at 251.5 for the last two days and I also can't wait to get below that 250 mark - I know it's just a number on a scale, but it just seems like a really nice number to pass since it mean's that I'll be closer to the 200's than the 300's. LOL

And you are so right when you say to celebrate, ust tno with Food - very smart sentiment.

108 degrees?   Faint It's not even that hot on the sun, is it?

Wouldn't it be great if we just went and stood in that kind of heat and all of the fat just melted off?  As long as I have air conditioning, I guess I'll nevva know!

 Congratulations on your scale victory!
