HI Y'ALL. USUALLY WHEN SOMEBODY DISAPPEARS FOR A WHILE IT MEANS THAT THEY'VE BEEN UPTO NO GOOD BUT I AM PROUD TO SAYS THAT'S NOT THE CASE. I WAS ON VACATION AND I PROUDLY ANNOUNCE THAT I DID NOT GAIN A SINGLE POUND. I DIDN'T LOSE WHILE I WAS AWAY BUT I DIDN'T GAIN EITHER SO I CLAIM IT AS A VICTORY. I HAVE BEEN BACK FULL FORCE ON MY DIET AND HAVE LOST 4 MORE LBS SINCE MY RETURN FROM VAVATION AND NOW I HAVE LOST A WHOPPING 51 LBS.....WHEW, I LOVE THE WAY THAT SOUNDS....I AM GOING FOR 30 MORE BY THE END OF THE YEAR....THINK I CAN DO IT?

OFCOURSE I CAN...I NO LONGER DOUBT WHAT I CAN DO. I NO LONGER DOUBT MY STRENGTHS AND FOR THAT I AM EVEN MORE PROUD. I WILL TRY AND POST VACATION PICS AS SOON AS I GET A CHANCE

Good for you!!

Believing in yourself is the key....seeing yourself as a success story instead of a failure.

If you can go on vacation and enjoy yourself and not gain any weight - that is truly a good victory and to get back on the wagon after that - well that's fabulous. 30 pounds sounds like a healthy weight loss goal.
