B: steel cut oats with blueberries and touch of agave nectar

L:  gourmet veggie burger (patty only) and cucumber w/braggs, and a tiny bit of goji berries.

D:  salmon with sauted zuchini, mushrooms, and onions, and a homemade fruit smoothie (mango and cranberry)

Hi Holly! Your food today sounds very yummy!! (especially dinner, I LOVE salmon!)
B: nada
L: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
D: big taco salad (14 carbs)
S: low carb fudge bar (3 carbs)

Total carbs: 20

I know, thats not enough, just starting back on track (again) today, and I've  been trying to not eat the junk in my house. It's all gone now, I just have to decide whats for dinner...I think taco salad, but I will update when I decide...

Mmm taco salad, that sounds so good!  I've actually been craving it lately.  What times dinner?? hehe  :)

way too late! LOL I know better then eating spicy foods this late, I'm gonna be up all night with heartburn!
