Anyone heard of Gabriel Method?
Can anyone that's read this book tell me a little about what it is. From what I can find it's not a "diet". I've read that it's more about your mindset, is this true? I just didn't want to order another book that I think is about dealing with the mind-food connection only to receive it and find out it's simply telling you which foods to eat like alot of other books. Anyway, if anyone knows I would appreciate the info.
