Hi!
What a weekend........I moved to my new house on Sunday and I am just proud that I survived. Also proud I didn't fight with Matthew during the move......stressful times.......know what I mean!   I didn't overeat or eat too many bad things.  Had pizza 2 nights but didn't over do it, and had a Wendy's chicken sandwich (took off 1/2 the bread) and side salad (no dressing)...so not too bad.

I'm proud I'm not beating myself up over my food choices for the past 4 days!!

How about you?
What are you celebrating today?

Wow Girlee, that is a great Proud, especially the part where Matthew walks out alive!

Very wise of you not to beat yasself up over your food choices, sometimes, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do and it looks like you did what a girl's gotta do very very well.

My Proud is that I stayed indoors to do my workout today because the weather outside is frightful. Melting  It's going to be 99 degrees and humid as hell!  Of course, I'll sweat just as much late this afternoon as I did in my workout when I go and water my plants outside.  Well, if nothing else, it's helping me to get my water in cuz after alla this time, I still struggle with that one.

I hope you're enjoying your new digs,

Mary

Mary - wanna hear my water routine? I know, I know, you DON'T! Here goes anyway:

Upon rising I drink 20 oz.
Breakfast shake.
One hour later, 20 oz.

Just before lunch, 20 oz

Hour later, 20 oz

Just before dinner, 20 oz.

I keep my shaker bottle (the one I can make shakes in if I'm not near a blender - it has a stainless steel ball) near our filtered water tap. If I keep this routine, I always get my 100 oz. As I said before, green tea and other drinks don't count. :-)

Drink up, sister. Can't have that gorgeous self of yours gettin all dehydrated and pruney!

I am proud to have taken the day "off" and spent it with one of my adopted daughters who is 20 weeks preggers and leaving a horrible marriage. I got her a cupcake at Country Village in Bothell, but didn't have one myself! Then I made her a wonderful dinner of baked chicken, whole wheat tortellini with a delicious organic sauce, and steamed peas with coconut oil and sea salt - and I had a delicious vanilla shake with orange 'Want More Energy' in it! My new-mom daughter was on a cleanse day, so she didn't get the dinner either! SHE is proud that she resisted a delicious meal in order to further her health and get her weight to where she wants it.
