How would you rate your past week overall for health?

Mine would get a B+.  I still need to bring down my daily cals, but happy to report that my average cals was 1550ish! I think it is not enough to drop weight, but we will see. I perceive that my shorts are fitting better.

I was A+ at eating veggies. That is my approach since I feel hunger a lot this week:  fill up on veggies.

I exercised every day!

Neecee I think Im going with a B+ as well, I feel like I overall ate a little too much at my servings this week, I still stuck to my plan, still ate healthy , still did 5 workouts this week, I think I lacked on my water intake this week as well,  but Other than that I think I did pretty good, going to weigh in on Wed of tis upcoming week, so we will see!

what Id like to improve on in this upcoming week is PORTION CONTROL, and water intake!

How would I rate this past week? Good question, I do not know, for the most part I believe I did all right. I have been in a real funky mood lately. On the other hand I had some royal moments of pure misbehaven attitude (regarding my food) I did start exercising more, needed to, because I had reached a plateau with my muscles. Now I feel them working harder again. My grade a C or C-

Went, to the Doctors this past week, gained a pound, this time around he took blood, to test my cholesterol, won't get the results until the end of next week. I hope they turn out better then I feel.(You know, like when you took a test at school, you knew how you did, before you got the test results and usually you were right.)

Well, next week is my birthday, I am planing, to at lest go, to the show. I want to see: "UP"
This past week I have been craving Ice cream and cake, I thought I mite get one Tim Horten's Fruit celebration cupcake (I think that's what it is called) and a large TCBY fat free dish of yogurt (alternative Ice Cream). All I can say at this point is: There is a new dawn and a new day, There is a new horizon out there, just knocking at my door. All I have to do, is open that door and walk through. The question, Will I? I hope so.

I give mine B-.  I think I ate more than I should have a couple of times.  I was on my cycle.  I was proud that I did not binge like usual!  Walked several days this week.

I am ok with this week!  I am wearing clothes that I have not been able to get in for two years!

Neecee - very interesting post, I like the idea of giving ourselves a report card once a week.

I woud give myself an A - I did have another mishap with pistachios last night due to DH feeling he had to have them to celebrate Father's day - DH was a bad boy and he gets an F. However I got on my treadmill regularly and walked/wogged my way towards health.
