I thought I'd kick off the question because I finally got on my treadmill and I WOGGED as part of my interval training plan to using my treadmill. I think it was wogging - if it includes running at a slow pace with your rear end wobbling? It was faster and different that jogging, more like running. Now I'm all sweaty. Who knows if I'll be able to move later or if I'll be sore?

Awesome!
I wog on my treadmill too....

LOL...wogging is exactly that! I used to call it fat wobbling, but came up with a kinder gentler name - cross b/t walk and jog.
I have alwasy been a very fast walker, and I think it crosses the line into full on jogging when my feet leave the ground. Wogging = feet on the ground as fast as you can go!
Thursday my proud: eating lots of veggies & protein drinks all work day, then eating a reasonable supper. I did go out for a birthday appetizer thing - had 2 glasses red wine sangria and a bit of food.
No formal exercise but work was lots of walking short stints.
