Hi!

Personally I don't have a proud to post yet today.

I'm busy packing (I move to my new house this weekend).  I have a minor procedure being done tomorrow so I need to get as much packing done today as I can.  I'll be proud later if I can get through today without (a)  "munching" all day  (b) without getting overly stressed about tomorrows procedure (c) without fighting with Matthew  (stressful week for us nerves are thin).

Hope you all will share your "prouds".....it inspires others to read about each accomplishment so please share.

Thanks and have a great day!

You must be so excited to be moving into a new house. I'm sure you're going to see some weight loss just due to all the heavy lifting and activities related to moving.

I had a nice quiet day reading. We're having tornedo warnings right now - always exciting. I can feel the changes in the air pressure in my head. Nothing like Mother Nature's Fireworks.

HI Ruth - hmmm sounds to me like you should be proud of being productive and planner plus! Hope all goes well for you - such an inconvenience to so these "procedures"! And during a move to boot! Yuck.

My proud for yesterday? Health-wise i did fast all the work day with protein drinks and veggies. I elected to eat a grilled burger on a small bun + 1/4 c beans + coleslaw before the fair to avoid making a foolish choice later.  I wogged in the morning.

Family-wise: spent the evening at the fair.  Those GS's of mine were like TV kids - just full of wonder and well-behaved. We got free stuff from the exhibit halls.  We petted farm animals:  goats, pigs, cows, rabbits.  The pigs were the favorite - just full of personality.

We watched a free motorcycle exhibition - they went crazy for that - the guy gave autographs! We got many free rides from the carnies.

Best of all:  zero fair food! We told the kids we were on a budget and we decded together to pay for the rides & no food. 6 of us spent $60 the whole evening! That included entrance fee (kids were free).

I am a lucky woman and I know it.
