what did you eat today? 6/16

 Trying something new that I know should help and have not wanted to...eating meals at the table without tv or other distraction.  Not fun. 

B:  pasta with butter and cheese (I seem to be obsessed with this)   250 calories

L:  1/2 c rice and lamb kibbee   500
    small brownie                           200

S: pumpkin kibee and small piece croissant   300

D:  two small meatballs, 3 pieces pasta and a bit of sausage, tomato sauce , cracker   500


total= 1750

B: Isalen shake vanilla with some citrus want more energy and a scoop of greens
L: salad with romaine carrots tomato green onion broccoli grilled chicken and yogurt parmesean dressing, 1/2 peach
S: few graham crackers w/ peanut flax seed butter
D: fish, steamed brown rice and spinach
D: chocolate isalean shake
