what did you eat today? 6/16
Trying something new that I know should help and have not wanted to...eating meals at the table without tv or other distraction. Not fun.
B: pasta with butter and cheese (I seem to be obsessed with this) 250 calories
L: 1/2 c rice and lamb kibbee 500
small brownie 200
S: pumpkin kibee and small piece croissant 300
D: two small meatballs, 3 pieces pasta and a bit of sausage, tomato sauce , cracker 500
total= 1750
