Very Cool!!                       I always feel better after doing something like that.

When I move to my new house this weekend I think I'll be able to do more walks to the store (right now where I'm living it's a 20 min drive to the nearest shopping center)

 I did this today too! I needed dog food, so I put my 2 year old in the stroller and we walked to the store and back! Ya hoo!

I'm proud that I'm taking a day off from working out without beating myself up.  I've done four straight, and I'm going to enjoy every minute of my evening off, listening to the thunderstorms and snuggling up in my jammies!  

Still eating clean, but letting my body rest for the day.
*   Take 1 DS, add a little p90x and stir :)

I'm jealous!!

I'm happy you are taking time to take care of yourself.....we women don't do it often enough.  After my move this weekend I'm going to take a nice loooooooooong bubble bath and relax.

Tuesday proud? Lots of them:

35 minutes yoga in my room in Santa Clara that morning

drank water like crazy all day at meetings

ate fresh fruits/veggies/salmon mainly that day

Resisted the urge to stop at most any fast food place on the long drive home!

However, confession:  DH had pizza of all things here at the house; I folded like a card table and ate 2.5 pieces. PLUS his fresh baked cookies - 2.

Sigh...I should have gone directly into the hot tub and calmed down from the drive.
