what did you eat today? 6/13
Thought I'd start the thread...
It's going to be more calories than I wished...
B: 1/2 piece fiber toast with almond butter and jam= 200
granola bar= 100
cheese=150
L: 1 piece of bread with ham, cheese, olive oil= 400
chicken patty= 240
( I was starving at lunch and don't know why)
S: small piece of cake with whipped cream= 150
(can't remember something else)= 150
Oh well, I know I'm up to about 1400 and now going out to dinner- goal is to stay at 1900 or lower, won't lose, but won't gain.
Writing this down is humbling and embarrassing. But, I believe it will help and I think I need to really see what I'm doing. For me, if I exercise (read, walk) between 45 min and 1 hour a day and stay around 1600 calories, I can lose.
Didn't walk today much, but tons of housework.

Writing down my daily food helps me to be mindful about what i'm putting in my mouth, even if I'm off plan.
B: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
coffee w/cream & sweetener
L: Atkins bar (3 carbs)
D: taco salad (6 carbs)
S: fudge bar (3 carbs)
carbs so far: 15
*went to bar with friends (unplanned) and drank too much beer, not low carb*
