Stating this a day early this week, why ? because:

I have just rode a 2.5 mile, 750 foot hill climb in 9 mins 41 seconds, Only ever attempted this hill once before and it took 25 mins, So thats a new PB and it felt AMAZING.

Did you move to lose today ?

Sounds like an incredible improvement. 

Actually, I worked today but I did go to the gym this morning and did 45 minutes on the elliptical.  It's about all I can do right now before my medical appointment on Tuesday - waiting to see how badly I have messed up my knee.  I'm pretty certain, I've blown out the medial meniscus and I'll be needing surgery in the next week or so.. . . . .  it's always something.

I was a sloth and did nothing. Well I did one thing - I went to the library to return the Biggest Loser's book (I have never seen the show) which had good information about what exercises to use and a reasonable diet. I did read the book. Does that count? I'm working my way up to trying some of their suggested exercises. So the brain had a work out.
