Unexpected bonus!

On Thursday, June 11th, I was at my morning client's house, when I discovered an unfixable hole in my uniform top.  I came home and threw it away, figuring I'd have to buy a new top, when I opened the closet door, and saw a uniform top that I'd been saving for years, which was always too tight for me when I'd tried it on in the past.  I tried it on, and lo and behold, it fit perfectly now!  Apparently, along with slowly losing weight, I'd also lost some inches, too.

Now I won't have to buy a new top after all, and this tells me that I'm getting smaller as well as lighter.  Up to this time, I could never tell if I was getting smaller or not, since I wear stretch pants all the time and loose tops.  I felt overjoyed, to say the least!  Thought I'd share this.

Also, I reported gaining 2-1/2 pounds on weighing myself on Sunday, May 31st, but when I weighed myself the following Friday, June 5th, I found I had lost 1-1/2 pounds of that weight already, and even though I was on vacation at the time (June 5th is our anniversary, by the way).  By the time I weigh myself on July 1st, I'll probably have lost the rest of the gained weight plus some more, probably bringing me down to the 250s.  On June 5th, I weighed 262.5.  If I lose the last pound plus 1-1/2 more, I'll be at 259!  So far, I've overeaten some at lunch twice, but never binged.  Wish me luck on this, too!

 That's wonderful news and what motivation to keep up the good work.

It looks like Michelle, you and I are all around the same weight - I'm looking forward to getting below 260's too. Lets work hard so we all accomplish this mini-goal.
