It's been a little over a year since the first, The original was assuing I have having a RNY, I DIDNT, SO now its time for a new one, YES I AM CRAZY :D

Inspire by someone on this site over 12 months ago.

Please see a list of my original GOALS HERE, Now something I have just noticed is that I posted that in January this year, I thought it was MUCH MUCH longer ago, That said I think I wrote them a couple of months before actually posting them.

The Ones in red have been removed the list below as they are WAY in the past now and I have moved on such a long way away from them, The ones not in red stay along with new goals that make me thing I'm either shooting for the sky or crazy, In all fairness I’m guessing it’s a little bit of both, So here we go:

New Goals

Complete a 10k Run

Complete a half-marathon

Complete a 26.2 mile Marathon

Complete training for personal trainer certification

Complete the New York City Marathon

Now it get’s to the point where I really stand up and be counted or I get committed:

Complete The Manchester 100 (Mile) Cycle

Complete a sprint triathlon

Complete a 70.3 triathlon

Complete an Olympic Distance Triathlon

Complete an Ironman – This is now THE Big One, I have given myself until I am 40 to do it, So just 11 (and a half) years of training left.

Can I REALLY do an Ironman ?

For me it's all about "HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?"

I know how bad I want it every day when I get up at dawn.

It WILL happen

My Original Remaining Goals are below:

Do the Manchester To Blackpool Cycle – Around a Month away from this MY BIG ONE

learn to Box -
Not be scared to sit in chairs fearing I won't fit or that I will sma**** -
Be able to fit into an airline seat comfortably with no 'fat boy' extender belt -

Be able to buy clothes in a 'regular' non-"big and tall" store - DONE
Being able to walk into a room and not think that you are the biggest person in the room -

BMI of 29.9 -

Cycle 2500 Miles  Next 10 Days and this one is a done too.

I would love to know what everyone thinks of the new list ? Inspirational or just crazy ?

Gary, I like the new list - it's very ambitious - size 34 pants!!!!  WOW, That will be incredible!

And the NYC marathon?  Just make sure you get the go-ahead from your doctor.  You don't want to mess up your knees with all that pavement running.  He'll be able to tell you after looking at an Xray if your cartilege is in good shape for marathon running.

Tell me, how many pounds are there in a "stone". . . . .I've always wondered - I'm challened in some aspects of British measures.

Thanks Very Much, I like to aim for the sky :D, From someone who's pants were almost a size 70 a 34 is such a dream and a dream I have every intention of fighting for !

My body is actually in amazing shape, I went to see my doc after I did a 5 mile run and he was amazed :D

Very impressive goals, but what is really great is that you have achieved many of them and you're working you way to finish the others.

Do you have any other goals not directly related to weight loss but related to increased self esteem? Educational or social goals?

Thanks Very Much

To be fair all my goals are Self Esteem related as once I do things I never thought I could the self esteem goes WAY up.

Education wise I want to become a personal trainer and pay it forward to people who are in a dark place lke I was
